Honda reduce production

Honda Motor Co. will reduce the production of factories in Japan to 150,000 units from a year ago. Reduction of production start of April and the production of Honda in Japan is in the level of one million units / year, the first in 14 years.

Honda predicts production in Japan around 950,000 units. As a benchmark production of fiscal year 2008 - 2009 ending March 31 is estimated to reach 1147 million units.

The second largest automobile manufacturer in Japan grapple with this decline in sales in the domestic market and outside of Japan. Global recession actually make the company that Soichiro Honda was established.

Honda global production down in January along almost 34% compared to the same period last year, while Toyota production decreased to 43%.

Honda produced the last time under one million units in Japan in fiscal year 1995/96. Honda currently produces 955,660 units of car trouble menejemen crisis at that time
